He has an illustrious career working with State Bank Group in various capacities: setting up the first International Business Banking Branch, responsible for operations in Germany and Western Europe, Corporate Planning of State Bank of India in Chairman's office before being selected to setup SBI Capital Markets as Executive Director, setting up SBI Mutual Fund, Launch of Offshore Fund jointly with Morgan Stanley Asset Management (USA), Managing Director of State Bank of Hyderabad.

Over 32 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry including Investment Banking, Third party financial product sales, Private Equity, Large Ticket Debt Syndication, Asset Management, Institutional Broking, Green Field venture build ups, and closely associated with Government and Nodal agencies.
Mr. Rohit Chand, Non-executive, Independent Director
Mr. Chand is a B. Tech from IIT Delhi, MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, USA. He has industry experience of over 30 years.
He started his career developing software in USA; later moved to India to Head IT division of Computronics India. Later on through a series of acquisitions and mergers created IIS Infotech Ltd; IIS was bought by FI Group Plc. Co-founded Infinity Venture Fund.
Mr. Chand is recipient of IIT Delhi Alumni award for outstanding contribution to national development.
Mr. Kalpen Shukla, Non-executive, Independent Director
Mr. Shukla is an Engineer from IIT, Delhi; Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM- Ahmedabad (One of the most prestigious and globally renowned academic institution in India).
He has a rich experience of over 18 years, having worked with companies like Unilever India Ltd., Johnson & Johnson, Pidilite, Godrej & Boyce, British Gas Broadband India Ltd., Reliance Infocomm, Satyam Infoway- Sify, etc.
He is a Member of McKinsey Quarterly online Global Executive panel .
Mr. Ajay Narasimhan, Non-executive, Non-independent Director
Mr. Ajay Narasimhan, a financial services and technology specialist, is the Vice Chairman & Managing Director of TruMonee Financial Limited (www.trumonee.com) - the retail financial services venture of Khandwala Securities Limited (www.kslindia.com). Mr. Narasimhan has close to a decade and a half professional experience in financial services and mission-critical technology areas and held Management (including Board of Directors) and Executive positions with leading firms such as Khandwala Securities Limited, Financial Technologies India Ltd, Multi Commodity Exchange, OTC Exchange of India amongst others. He has successfully identified, created and executed multi-portfolio strategic business initiatives through innovative business models, structured product and business offerings and corporate branding initiatives.
Mr. Narasimhan has an MBA in Finance (Master of Finance and Control) fro University of Delhi and a Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc - Electronics) from the University of Delhi. He has completed specialized 'Product Management' course from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and also holds 'Diploma in Systems Management' from NIIT.
